Was referred to Ade due to a knee problem, i had 6 sessions and he was very knowledgeable on the suspected cause/injury. Ultrasound treatment and massage have significantly reduced the pain. Fantastic service, would recommend

Excellent Physiotherapist. Came to Ade with a knee injury that didn’t seem to be getting better. Was given the right advice and treatment to make a recovery. Ade’s knowledge along with his reassurance and friendly personality is outstanding.

Today 10th March 2025 , is my third visit to Ade, to have an injection of Durolane in my right knee. Ade is a wonderful professional with great bedside manner. I am extremely pleased with the injections I am having. They have allowed me to continue dancing with minimal discomfort. Ade also look at an issue with my hand … I am very grateful to you Ade ….. as they say I’ll be back!! In 6 months👍

Ade is a very professional, polite, physiotherapist who’s attention to my right arms mobility issues has helped immensely!
He has shown me a number of exercises to continue improving my arms condition too.
I would thoroughly recommend using his services.

I have recently had a knee replacement and I wanted to start physio as soon as poss. My friend recommended Ade and I'm so pleased she did.
Ade is knowledgeable and experienced, he listened to me when I experienced muscle tension and we practised different exercises to reduce and eliminate this, he was very encouraging and offered advice and guidance on techniques.
I am due to have my other knee replaced and will definatly chose Ade at Omnicare again. Thank you Ade.

Excellent treatment and care. I have needed backcare for over 40 years. Ade has been the best. He has managed to get me walking and pain free in 3 sessions. Previous treatments elsewhere, including acupuncture, did not achieve this relief so quickly. Than you !

I am really grateful to Ade for his support following my knee replacement. I had 6 sessions and he has helped me with flexion, strength and especially confidence. I found the knee manipulation/massage really helpful in allowing me to bend more and the exercises to build strength very useful. 10 weeks after the operation I can walk for over an hour and am able to cycle forwards and backwards on a static bike. I would recommend him, he knows his stuff and is very personable.

I went to see Adi with ham string tendinitis and burcitis in my hip and the treatment he gave me was exemplary.Within a four week treatment period he solved all my problems and I am off pain killers.Would highly recommend.
